S'been a week.......oh boy has it!

Last week was one of the most stressful weeks of my life. I was in charge of a garage sale for Creation that netted only 180ish. On sunday I was really overwhelmed but I prayed with my aunt and Jared and I felt a whole lot beter. Then I left the rest up to God. So all things considering. It went pretty well. The weather was bad at first then the sun came out. So now I'm starting a new week with all sorts of surprises. I saw my ex-girlfriend on Friday and that went not ok and i'll see her this friday too at formal which should be interesting. She wasnt expecting me to be at a Horizon concert, so when she saw me it was overwhelming [for lack of a more suitable adjective] i mean the break up was all mutual and we weren't mad at each other or anything so....i guess i'll see how it goes on friday. Speaking of formal, ruthanne came up to me at starbucks and said, "Hey my date bailed out on me would you go with me?" [Andy's Revised Version] Obviously I said yes but it was funny to think about that sentence. As if I was a last resort. Ha Ha. Even though I know it's not that way, it's funny to think about. This formal week is going alot better than last formal. If you're reading this Amancay, you know what i'm talking about. ;)
Hey my uncle is coming out here on the 1st to see my brothers graduation. We're all really excited to see him. He's the coolest person. He's really sarcastic and witty. Makes us all laugh all day long. Anyway's 'nuff about him. I guess i'd better go to bed now. cya

Oh Mother ['s day]

I had to work yesterday from 6am-8pm, go to bed AT 8pm and get up at 4am to open at Starbucks today on mother's day. Now if that wasn't bad enough...se had a promotion all day [BOGO] plus it was mother's day so we were constantly having customers every minute. i am really tired now and i'm gonna take a long nap now. well i guess i'll write later

AAAAAHHHH 16 HOURS?!?

It's 7:10 now and i have to go to bed by 8 because i'm opening at Starbucks tomorrow. We open at 5 and i need to be there by 4:30. then i have to leave there by 9:30 to go to hawks ridge from 10am-6:30pm and then i have to leave and go back to Starbucks from 7-8:30 to close. so that's my first 16 hour day. Saturday's not bad i'm just working from 6am-8pm so only 14 hours. well now i gotta go to bed. Sunday i'm just opening at Starbucks so gnite...hey dont forget about the macbookpro cya

May Day!!

Yeah the title makes this blog sound exciting. But guess what!! It's not that much of a thriller. I gotta go to work today. On Saturday, at Hawks Ridge, we had the biggest water fight...IN the kitchen. The RA's and me and Chantay were throwing water at each other with everything from dish sprayers to pitchers to glasses filled with ice water. it got so bad that it almost overflowed into the dining room. It was so much fun. But anyway, My uncle is coming to HR for my brother's graduation and i've asked for those days off except for 1 day and my boss at Hawks Ridge told me "You have to fill one of those forms out before i give it to you so they can evaluate you to see how many days you've asked off" Now really, if you think about it. I'm only asking for 3 days off that week. I usually get 2. Now would it be that hard to add another day? She's looking at it as I'm asking for months off at a time because i'm finding out my schedule for the summer and giving her alot of notice of when i'll need my days off. For example, i dont have a set schedule, i have to check each week and get it from both jobs. So my usual work week is morning and evening shifts from both jobs except for 2 days. Now they can put those 2 days anywhere they like. I'm just asking to have them at certain places for one week and certain places for another. theres only about 2 big chunks of time that I have asked for. 1 when my uncle comes. i'm off the 1st on the second off the 3,4,5. and creation i'm off from tues till sun. but those are the only ones. i've asked for about 3 days in between those and that's whats making my boss freak out. Well this is probably the longest blog i have written on this site. so now i'm gonna go and take a shower or something and then go to work. cya
